باستخدامك Mesori، وبالموافقة عليها قبل إرسال أول رسالة، فأنت توافق على الشروط التالية. التطبيق موجّه لمن بلغ 13 سنة فأكثر.

1. السلوك المسموح

Mesori مكان للتعلّم واللعب. نسمح بالمنافسة الودّية والرسائل القصيرة بين اللاعبين، ونتوقع احترام الجميع.

2. المحتوى والسلوك الممنوع (عدم التسامح)

• الإساءة أو التنمّر أو التحرّش أو التهديد أو خطاب الكراهية أو التمييز.
• أي محتوى جنسي أو عنيف أو غير لائق، أو يستغل القاصرين بأي شكل.
• مشاركة أو طلب معلومات شخصية (أرقام هاتف، بريد إلكتروني، عناوين، حسابات تواصل، روابط).
• الرسائل المزعجة (سبام) أو الإعلانات أو انتحال شخصية الآخرين.
• الغش أو التلاعب بالنقاط والتصنيف أو محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو إساءة استخدامه.

بعض هذه القواعد تُطبَّق تلقائياً: الرسائل التي تحتوي على أرقام هاتف أو بريد أو روابط أو حسابات تواصل تُرفض.

3. الإبلاغ والحظر

يمكنك في أي وقت الإبلاغ عن أي رسالة أو لاعب من داخل التطبيق (من الإشعارات أو من ملف اللاعب)، وحظر أي لاعب بحيث لا يستطيع مراسلتك أو دعوتك، ويمكنك رفع الحظر من الإعدادات ← «اللاعبون المحظورون».

4. مراجعة البلاغات والإجراءات

نراجع كل بلاغ، وهدفنا أن يتم ذلك خلال 72 ساعة. الإجراءات الممكنة: تحذير، منع من إرسال الرسائل، أو حذف الحساب نهائياً. نحتفظ بنسخة من الرسالة المُبلَّغ عنها لمدة 180 يوماً لأغراض المراجعة (راجع سياسة الخصوصية). وللاعتراض على إجراء اتُّخذ ضد حسابك راسلنا على البريد أعلاه.

5. حسابك

أنت مسؤول عن حسابك وعن كل ما يصدر منه. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي».

6. إخلاء المسؤولية

المحتوى التعليمي مقدَّم كما هو لأغراض التعلّم، وقد نحدّثه أو نعدّله. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية رسائل اللاعبين رغم أننا نعمل على الحدّ من إساءة الاستخدام.

7. التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسننشر التعديلات هنا مع تحديث الإصدار، وقد نطلب موافقتك مجدداً عند أي تغيير جوهري.

By using Mesori, and by accepting these terms before sending your first message, you agree to the following. The app is intended for users aged 13 and over.

1. Acceptable use

Mesori is a place to learn and play. Friendly competition and short messages between players are welcome; we expect everyone to be respectful.

2. Prohibited content and conduct (zero tolerance)

• Abuse, bullying, harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content, or any content that exploits minors.
• Sharing or requesting personal information (phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, social handles, links).
• Spam, advertising, or impersonating others.
• Cheating, manipulating points or rankings, hacking, or abusing the app.

Some of these rules are enforced automatically: messages containing phone numbers, email addresses, links, or social handles are rejected.

3. Reporting and blocking

You can report any message or player from inside the app (from notifications or from a player's profile) and block any player so they cannot message or invite you. You can unblock from Settings → "Blocked players".

4. Report review and actions

We review every report and aim to do so within 72 hours. Possible actions: a warning, a messaging ban, or permanent account deletion. We keep a copy of the reported message for 180 days for review (see the Privacy Policy). To appeal an action taken against your account, email us at the address above.

5. Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → "Delete my account".

6. Disclaimer

Educational content is provided as-is for learning purposes and may be updated or changed. Although we work to limit abuse, we are not responsible for players' messages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated version, and we may ask for your acceptance again after a material change.
